Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your item please contact us at email@example.com, within 7 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. You must include a copy of the invoice with your return.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Only full priced items can be refunded, unfortunately we cannot refund sale items unless they are faulty.
Shipping costs for returning your item are paid by you and non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment, less the initial shipping cost. The refund may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
